Book a free consultation

30 minutes. One real conversation. No deck.

You bring a problem, a brief, or a question you can’t yet phrase cleanly. We listen, ask a few diagnostic questions, and tell you which part of your digital stack we’d look at first – and why.

You leave with a practical read on the next move, not a proposal you didn’t ask for.

What the consultation is

A 30-minute working call with a senior ReSense person who’d actually be on your project. Not a sales call, not a pitch, not a deck. A real conversation about what is in the way and what to do next.

We’ll ask:

  • What is the work supposed to change?
  • Where in your business is the real bottleneck?
  • What have you already tried, and what is on the table now?
  • Who decides, and what would good look like in 90 days?

If the brief is clear and the work is a fit, we follow up with a proposal. If the brief needs more shape, we say so and tell you what would need to be true before scoping is useful. If the work is not a fit, we tell you that on the call and point to who would be a better partner.

Who should book one

Most useful when you are:

  • An owner or executive whose business is doing well enough that the next investment in Brand, Growth, or Systems is starting to feel risky to get wrong
  • A marketing or product lead trying to sequence Brand, Growth, and Systems work without each undoing the next
  • A leadership team facing a moment of change – a launch, a rebrand, a market expansion, an AI rethink – and wanting an outside read before scoping it
  • Someone with an active brief from a procurement process who wants a second opinion on shape, scope, or feasibility

Less useful if you want a free pitch, a price-only conversation, or an extended discovery without scope.

What to bring

You don’t need a deck. Helpful to have on hand:

  • A short description of what’s in front of you (1 to 3 paragraphs is plenty)
  • Whatever exists today – a site, a campaign, a brief, a board paper, screenshots of the thing that isn’t working
  • A rough sense of timing and decision authority
  • Any questions you don’t usually ask consultants because the usual meeting format doesn’t leave room for them

If you can’t summarise it before the call, that’s a good signal the consultation will be useful. We’ve heard the same sentence “I can’t quite explain what we need” enough times to know it usually opens the most productive conversations.

What you leave with

  • A clear read on the highest-impact next move – one to three options, sequenced
  • A view on whether the work is Brand-led, Growth-led, or Systems-led, or whether Strategy should sequence the rest before any domain work starts
  • Honest answers about the rough budget range and timeline
  • Either: a follow-up proposal, a recommendation for a different partner, or a “we’d come back to this when X is true” signal

What you don’t leave with: a deck, a sales pipeline drip, or a proposal you didn’t ask for.

How it works in practice

  1. You request a slot. Use the form below, email hello@resense.ee, or reply to whichever ReSense conversation you’re already in.
  2. We confirm within one working day. Usually faster. We don’t pass these to a scheduling assistant – the person replying is the person you’ll meet.
  3. 30 minutes on the call. Video by default; phone if you prefer; in-person at the Tallinn office if you’re close by.
  4. Follow-up within two working days. A short written summary of what we discussed and what we’d recommend next.

What the consultation costs

Nothing. There is no upsell baked in. The consultation is the first meeting whether you become a client or not.

We charge for the work that follows when both sides agree there is work worth doing. How we price is on the Approach page if you want context before the call.

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. Two to four people from your side works well on a 30-minute call. Beyond that, the conversation fragments and a longer working session is the better shape.

Quotes don’t help us help you, because we don’t yet know which problem is worth quoting against. If you have a fixed brief from a procurement process, we’ll respond to that separately – email is the cleanest path for that case.

That’s the default. The consultation runs in whichever language you prefer; Estonian, English, Russian, or German on request.

Most consultations are remote. ReSense has clients across the Baltics and the wider EU.

Book it anyway. We’d rather have a 30-minute conversation that ends with “come back when X is decided” than wait for the conversation to feel pre-qualified.

Request a slot

The booking form is coming shortly. In the meantime, email hello@resense.ee and we’ll reply with proposed slots within one working day – it reaches the same person you’ll meet.
